My wish for the world is simple: we all have a happy, content and fulfilled life! I encourage everyone I work with to achieve those goals. I love Eastern philosophies and studied world religion for my degree; this led to my becoming an RE teacher, where I could share my passion for Hinduism and Buddhism. I would integrate mindful movement and meditation into my classes as experiential learning; I loved its impact on my student's wellbeing and focus. 

Dru Yoga allows me to incorporate other areas I have studied, such as somatic mindfulness and its benefits on stored trauma, along with the chakras, a place of wellness I was drawn to while working as a Reiki practitioner. My favourite part of a class is the deep relaxation at the end and seeing my students happy and rejuvenated.
