Tai Chi

It also has many health benefits not dissimilar to Yoga, such as improved balance, co-ordination and cognitive function. 

Qigong

Purely Qigong is for those who wish to relax and improve their physical and mental health through Qigong practice. Learn the moves step by step and understand how each links to the health of our organs. Angela guides you to find stillness in motion by integrating body, breathing and mind, promoting good circulation of energy. Also suitable for those who wish to be seated.
