Wellbeing Courses

Throughout the year we run several FREE courses that speak to specific aspects of creating good mental wellbeing. These courses are all designed to equip you with a better understanding of how each area might affect your wellbeing and to provide you with a toolkit of actions that can best support you in creating good habits and managing your emotions.

A group of people seated on yoga mats in a cozy, yellow-walled room with wooden beams and large windows. A woman sitting cross-legged on a small cushion in front appears to be leading a meditation or yoga session, with papers and spiritual objects in front of her.

Our courses run intermittently throughout the year and are dependent on funding.
This page will be updated as we introduce new courses.
