Weekly Meditation

Meditation can be truly life changing, the benefits are tenfold and practiced daily, it has the potential to rewire the brain. Learn to focus your attention, bring awareness to your mind and improve your ability to cope with stress and anxiety. It is not only for those on a spiritual path, everyone can benefit from this practice and gain a better understanding of themselves and others.

We have four Friday night sessions on rotation across the month.

A chance to unplug your mind from the working week, find a moment of stillness, take a breath and enter into the weekend in a relaxed state of mind, enabling you to truly make the most of your time.   • A vibrational healing sensation that will still the mind and sooth the soul. Expect relaxation, rejuvenation and an acceleration of and an inward journey where you may experience a release of emotional trauma and alleviate physical pain. Explore yourself at a deeper level of consciousness as time is suspended and the vibrational sounds realign and repair your body, making space for calm and clarity as the sound waves wash over you.

  • A deeply relaxing guided journey of healing, discovery and awakening. Using a combination of instruments such as crystal and Tibetan singing bowls, gongs, shamanic drums, chimes and other percussion instruments, you will be bathed in sounds, tones, frequencies and vibrations to promote deep relaxation and peace.

    This mediation evening may also include journalling, affirmations and more to help sweep away the old and lift you into the new.

    Please bring with you a matt, a cushion or two and a throw or blanket to keep you comfortable.
