Trauma Sensitive Yoga Course

A Specialised and unique form of yoga for individuals with chronic Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder or Complex Trauma (including military veterans, survivors of war and survivors of domestic, sexual and childhood abuse)

Dates
Trauma Sensitive Yoga is offered in blocks of six hour long, weekly classes.

MONDAY 16th September - 21st October 2pm-3pm
THURSDAY 14th March - 18th April 6.55pm-7.55pm
THURSDAY 16th May - 20th June 6.55pm-7.55pm
THURSDAY 19th September - 24th October 6.55pm-7.55pm

Investment: Block of six classes £72 (£12 a class)
Classes will run for six consecutive weeks
