Our Corporate Packages

The following are examples of typical packages, these are available to book immediately or you can contact us to discuss your needs and arrange a day unique to you and your colleagues.

  • Suitable for a group of 16 - 20 people, a typical day will see you welcomed with teas, coffees and various breakfast treats. An introduction to our team and our space will follow with a short grounding meditation to set intentions for the day ahead before we split into two, with one group off out to partake in Ecotherapy and the other, remaining for complementary therapies on rotation. This could include Reiki, Massage, Reflexology, Colour Readings or alternatives, you get to decide!

We break for lunch, which is catered for by one of our wonderfully talented friends who cooks plot to plate, using seasonal and locally grown goods. We then rotate the mornings activities and finally, as the day draws to an end, we will regroup and partake in a meditation to reflect on the day and ground ourselves. Throughout the day, we will have an activity in our studio upstairs, that you can drop in and out of such as healing sound baths and gongs, Tai- Chi or perhaps something else (dependent on our offerings at the time of booking), the choice is yours. The day is fluid and easy, with ample opportunity to relax and engage with each other in a calm and tranquil space, whilst enjoying endless refreshments and cake!

  • Is a staff member always going above and beyond or have they been picking up all the overtime of late? Why not treat them to some time with themselves, for themselves! A typical therapy combination would be a 45 minute Aromatherapy massage and a Reiki session but of course, you can choose from any of the complementary therapies that we offer here at Elephant Rooms (subject to therapist availability). Options for catering available.

  • Long term absence from the workplace can be difficult for both employer and employee. It can cost your business thousands whilst having adverse effects on the wellbeing of your absent staff member and team. We can support this transition and provide a package that will alleviate the anxieties around re-entering the workplace after a long period of ill health. A typical example may consist of a weekly yoga session, a monthly reiki session and a monthly life coaching session. This would provide strengthening of the mind and body, gentle socialisation, and goal setting and attaining to enable your employee to feel positively energised upon their return.

Each package is unique to the person and their needs and would be decided upon after an initial conversation/assessment that will identify key areas of requisite. This is a totally confidential service, allowing your employee to retain privacy.

  • With dialogue around mental health in the workplace opening up, it’s important that we not only listen to people, but that we act on helping them achieve a manageable work life. Burnout can lead to serious mental and physical health conditions, so it’s crucial to support your workforce during tough times. We can provide a package to suit the needs of the individual and help them to find equilibrium, so that they can be at their best on the job. A typical example may consist of a weekly counselling session, a monthly massage, and some nature project work across a duration of 3 months. This would provide a safe space to discuss any concerns and personal issues that may overlap with work, an opportunity to destress and alleviate built up tension, and therapeutic mindfulness through connecting with nature.
