Menopause Yoga is an opportunity to learn how yoga can support women and people experiencing menopause symptoms form peri menopause to post menopause. The session will give you a toolbox of movements, breathwork and information to take away with you to support you through this period of transformation. The session will include a helpful discussion and information, a gentle restorative yoga session and helpful journalling techniques to support you to manage your menopause symptoms in a non-judgmental positive way. The practical yoga session will comprise of gentle and restorative yoga designed to calm the nervous system and manage menopause symptoms. No previous yoga experience is necessary. The session will be deliberately small with a maximum of 6 people. The session will be positive, supportive and confidential.
