As the season draws us inward, take time to pause and embrace deep rest. This 3-hour winter yoga workshop offers a gentle journey through practices designed to soothe the nervous system and replenish your energy.
We’ll begin with gentle breathwork (pranayama) to cleanse, balance, and prepare the body and mind. From there, settle into an extended restorative yoga practice with long held, supported poses to release tension and invite stillness. We’ll close with a deeply restful Yoga Nidra practice guiding you into a state of conscious relaxation.
After practice, stay and enjoy some indulgent festive treats including luxury hot chocolate, warming herbal teas, and a selection of sweet and savoury seasonal bites - the perfect way to close the workshop.
Open to all levels – just bring yourself, warm layers, and a willingness to rest.
