Join Lucas for a deeply nourishing afternoon designed to help you slow down, reconnect, and restore.

This beautiful experience begins with a heart-opening cacao ceremony, inviting you to pause, set intentions, and gently connect with yourself in a supportive and welcoming space.

From there, you'll be guided through a soothing restorative yoga practice, using comfortable, supported postures to encourage deep relaxation and release. The session will then flow into a calming sound bath, where the healing vibrations of sound create space for rest, reflection, and inner balance.
