Come and join us for a lovely evening of stress reducing breathwork and meditation.
We’ll start the evening with a sequence of short, easy things to try designed to put the body and mind at rest. Following this we’ll do some light breathwork and then move into a guided mediation based on autogenics. This will hopefully all come together to help release, relax and recharge the mind, body and spirit. It doesn’t matter if you’re a complete beginner, or an experienced yogi, come along and enjoy what we hope will be a beautiful evening.
