Join us for a nourishing evening of mindfulness, meditation, and gentle embodied practices, designed to help you slow down, reconnect, and breathe a little deeper.
This donation-based workshop is open to everyone, whether you’re completely new to mindfulness or have an existing practice. The session will weave together breathwork, guided meditations, gentle movements, and simple mindfulness techniques to support relaxation, presence, and inner balance.
Expect a calm, supportive space where you’re encouraged to move at your own pace, listen to your body, and simply be. Come as you are — no experience needed, just an open mind and a willingness to pause.
