Restorative yoga is a very gentle style of yoga where the body is fully supported with yoga props, allowing you to rest comfortably in each pose for longer periods. The aim is to encourage deep relaxation and a greater sense of wellbeing.
During this session, we’ll ease into a long, restful yoga practice. You’ll be guided into comfortable, well-supported poses that help release tension, calm the nervous system and create a feeling of space and ease in the body and mind.
