Natural Spirituality Circles
Spiritual practices, perceptions and perspectives shared in an inclusive space. We'll hear from a guest speakers then have space to query and reflect.
Our guest speaker for January is Sarah Sims, from Treasury of Light, who will be sharing some of her stories and perspectives, with an interactive, experiential approach. Sarah holds regular sacred sound journeys and bioresonance treatments at Elephant Rooms, and across the Midlands. She is well known for her cosmic insights, sage advice and gently transformational spaces which nurture and support the light body.
Facilitated by Sami, whose role at Elephant Rooms includes supporting inclusive spirituality.
All you need to join this circle is an openness to explore spirituality in a non-judgemental, compassionate, inclusive setting. Attendance is an agreement to create a welcoming space, by active listening and following a few ground rules: no prejudice, no proselytising, no pedestalling.
Natural Song Circles
Nurture your natural voice and enjoy the benefits of collective sound in these sessions combining vocal awakening, simple songs, circle songs and vocal healing circles.
An empathetic yet encouraging space for anyone looking to tenderly open vocally and explore the natural voice as a personal and collective healing instrument.
Facilitated by Sami, who, following a ten year vocal transformation, is passionate about the portal of the voice for self reflection, natural unity, remembrance and collective expression.
No singing experience or ability is needed to join, just an open mind, and heart to hear with compassionate curiosity.
Sami has trained in sound healing with the voice, with Angela Milbourn, collaborative vocal improvisation and circle song techniques with mentor Ruana Xerri-West, song leadership with Susie Ro Prater; and further song forms and styles with Anna Bariyani (Curawaka), Peia and Mary McLoughlin. She also writes circle songs, and is currently working on collaborative recordings.
