Yin Yoga is a more meditative style of yoga where the postures are held for 3-5 minutes. The challenge of stillness is the perfect playground on which to explore your inner world of sensation.
The somatic viewpoint is that life is lived through the body; the body is a source of wisdom that we only need to learn how to listen in.
