With spring upon us, why not invest in your own wellbeing with a relaxing day of yoga, qigong and wellbeing activities to rest your systems after the dark winter months. The day will allow you to switch off from the outside world for a few hours and enjoy some serious me time in the warm friendly Elephant rooms. The day will leave you feeling relaxed, refreshed and looking forward to the coming summer months. The day will include two Hatha Yoga sessions with some restorative poses, meditation, a Qigong session and mindful activities to help you shed the winter blues and plan for the things you would like to nurture in the coming months. You will leave the day feeling completely relaxed with a small goodie bag. Refreshments will be provided during the day. In a traditional yogic way we will all contribute to a shared lunch which helps bring people together for nourishment and discussion. Alternatively, in the event of allergies you may bring your own lunch. (Health information will be requested prior to the day.)
