Created by Grand Master Sun Lu Tang, Sun style Tai Chi is commonly referred to as “small frame”, for its smaller foot and arm movements, compared to Yang style Tai Chi’s broader bow stance and larger open postures. In Sun style, we transfer body weight from one foot to the other more frequently, perfect for coordination and improving our balance.
