A selection of vegan Indian food (thali), whole grain rice, poppadoms, chutneys, Lassi and chai will be served while we chill and chat before we join together for our deeply relaxing Yoga Nidra guided meditation where we snuggle up and chill out! Working on the brainwave states to help deep relaxation, reduce stress and anxiety and improved sleep!
